Welcome to Islamorada

It includes some of the most prestigious and luxurious properties in the Florida Keys. In addition to waterfront estates on the Gulf and ocean, there are also oceanfront homes and condos, and gated communities. Still, Islamorada is an island in the relaxed Keys, and there are some residential neighborhoods and quaint homes, as well.

Islamorada is considered by many, visitors and locals alike, to be the premier location in the Florida Keys. It is home to expansive and secluded oceanfront and bayview estates, and offers world-renowned fishing and some of the best cuisine outside of Key West. The upscale resorts have been known to attract presidential visitors, yet the Village of Islamorada has a local culture of fishing, music, and art that appeals to nearly everyone. Islamorada real estate ranges from comfortable residential neighborhoods, to top-notch waterfront condos, to the most elegant and private luxury homes.

Islamorada real estate includes many sought after neighborhoods including Venetian Shores, Port Antigua, and Plantation Key. Venetian Shores is known for spacious, two and three-story homes on the bayside, many with Gulf and sunset views. It is an upscale community built with a wide and deep canal system, with excellent open water access to the ocean or Gulf. Port Antigua is equally suited to boating with easy open-water access and well-built canals. Located in Lower Matecumbe, also on the Gulf, it is at the farther end of Islamorada, past the center of business, yet conveniently remote. White Marlin Beach is Port Antigua’s own beautiful, private beach. Nearby on the oceanside lies the natural coastline and wood boardwalk-lined Anne’s Beach. Plantation Key, at the Eastern end of Islamorada also has waterfront luxury homes along the Gulf.
