As a longtime Florida Keys local and dedicated NAR member, Jen combines deep market knowledge with a personal, approachable style. She guides buyers, sellers, and investors through one of life’s biggest decisions with clarity, creativity, and care. Whether she’s showcasing a waterfront home with strategic marketing, helping a family find their perfect canal-front retreat, or advising investors on properties that can pay for themselves, Jen makes the process not only smooth but enjoyable.

Her journey to Marathon reflects her own love story with the Keys. Born in Clearwater and raised in Chicago, Jen always felt drawn back to the sun and sea. In 2015, she made Marathon her permanent home. Today, she proudly represents Island Breeze Realty LLC while also pouring her heart into her community. As treasurer for Marathon Community Theatre, she has taken on various roles; stage manager, assistant director, dresser, and, when not working on a production, a friendly face behind the bar volunteering as a bartender. Her theatre work mirrors her real estate approach: she loves making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Family is the center of Jen’s world. She and her husband, Nando—her life partner of nearly 27 years—raised three boys in Marathon, the heart of the Florida Keys. They also have a daughter residing in Illinois and three wonderful grandkids. When she’s not writing contracts or previewing listings, you’ll likely find her jet skiing on turquoise waters, hanging out on a sandbar, catching a Keys sunset, or connecting with neighbors at local events.
